Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. To make this notice accessible, we make it available at every point where personal information may be requested. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Designed Consulting website (http://www.designedconsulting.ca).
Return PolicyA 50% down payment is required to begin any order, balance upon completion. Subject to 2% per month penalty charged on the remaining balance for all over due accounts. The customer may cancel an order within 7 working days for full refund of the deposit supplied. 7-day period for returns begins on the date Designed Consulting has received 50% down payment. The bank deposit date by Designed Consulting shall be used for confirmation of start date 7-day cancellation period. The customer must give written or emailed cancellation notice within 7 working days for refund of deposits. Due to the nature of work, once a job is accepted and as required a 50% down payment has been paid and the 7-day period has passed, the deposit is non-refundable. The customer may cancel the remaining portion of work upon written or emailed cancellation notice. Upon cancellation the customer cannot use any material, graphics, trade secrets or any relevant services or information provided to the customer while the job was in progress. |
